Human Resource Management

 

General Course Objective:

To transfer knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding human resources management, from selection to retention of staff. 

 

Expected results::  

  1. The participants will understand the meaning of the process of recruitment and the selection criteria in achieving comparative advantage.
  2. The participants will achieve skills for interviewing staff with the purpose of making the right choices for the company.
  3. The participants will be able to use tools for staff retention.
